Store Credit or Money Back
When returning items to us you have the option of receiving a store credit for the FULL purchase price, or receiving your money back. Returns requesting a money back refund are subject to a 10% handling / restocking fee.
Defective / Misprinted / Incorrect Items
It’s rare, but it does happen. Occasionally the wrong item gets sent, or a defective or misprinted shirt slips through despite all we do to ensure everything goes perfectly. In these cases we will cover the cost of mailing the item(s) back to us in addition to the store credit or refund.
Package Hasn’t Arrived?
If 30 days has passed and your package has not yet arrived, please contact us so we can check into it and make it right. Orders from North America can expect their packages to arrive 2 – 3 weeks after the order. Orders from the rest of the world generally take 3 – 4 weeks.
